In January 2023, our Company put into operation an automated production line for aerated concrete with throughput of 200 cu. M per day at the facilities of OOO UARZ (Ussuriysk Automative Equipment Maintenance Plant) in Ussuriysk, Primorsky Krai, Russia. The line is fitted with the cutting-edge equipment ensuring automated feeding and batching of raw materials, making aerated concrete, dismantling moulds, cutting blocks into bricks of required dimensions and stacking ready bricks onto pallets.

Having some experience in manufacturing reinforced concrete products for the construction sector in Primorsky Krai, UARZ Company decided to expand its product range by manufacturing aerated concrete products and dry building mixes. The key factor for such a decision was a high demand for high-quality construction materials in the region. The top management of OOO UARZ carefully considered the choice of equipment manufacturers after studying numerous offers and visiting existing production facilities. The company bought sand drying and sieving unit to ensure high-quality of their products. The sand prepared is also used for manufacturing dry building mixes. In the near future, UARZ Company is going to master industrial and civil construction with the help of construction materials of their own production.
