Aerated concrete plant in Uruguay
In October 2020, a representative of ALBICLASS S.A., Uruguay, approached us. The construction market in Uruguay distinguishes itself by active development and new projects being created while there are no domestic production facilities for construction materials, so materials manufactured in Brazil and Argentina are used. It is obvious that imported materials are expensive. That is why ALBICLASS S.A. decided to establish aerated concrete production in Uruguay. After visiting several Russian manufacturers for comparing equipment and service quality, ALBICLASS S.A. management team chose to go with our company. In order to learn feedback of our clients who have had experience with SCT equipment operation and technologies, representatives of the Uruguay company came to one of our clients in Brazil. Communicating with that client, they fully realized they were right in choosing us.
In February 2020, an automated line for aerated concrete production with a throughput of 100 cu.m was shipped to Uruguay. After finishing construction of production building and mounting the equipment, ALBICLASS invited our experts to do start-up and commissioning works. At the moment, ALBICLASS is certifying its products and is going to start new production facilities in various regions of Uruguay.
