Chemical admixtures batcher

Batcher of chemical admixtures is meant for weight measurement of bulk components in required quantity, and is used at blown-out concrete production. 

Operating principle: chemical admixture is loaded into the receiving hoper.

 

Operator inserts necessary weight value according to regulations, then the batcher switches in “dosing” mode, screw starts and admixture enters from the receiving hopper to the measuring one.  Strain sensor weighs required quantity of admixture, and then the screw turns off automatically, and the batcher switches in standby mode.

 

Operator unloads the machine opening damper and activating vibrator. When required quantity of admixture is unloaded the damper shuts down and measuring for the next batch starts.
