12 years in operation - the 31 Block plant. 200 m3/day
The 31 Block company from Blagoveshchensk (Amur region) has been producing foam concrete blocks since 2007. At that time, the technology and equipment were inefficient and non-automated. Over time, the 31 Block company mastered new technologies, in particular, the production of polystyrene concrete.
In 2012, the management of 31 Block contacted our company in order to purchase the ARK-003 automated cutting complex. Cutting technology and the use of the ARK-003 complex allowed the company to produce blocks of the highest quality, corresponding to the 1st category of GOST.
A year later, in 2013, the 31 Block company decided to equip the production with another ARK-003 cutting complex, molds, mixers and screw conveyors, which allowed to increase productivity and reach a new level. In the next 10 years of operation, the company achieved significant success and became the largest producer of polystyrene concrete and foam concrete in the region. The company's products were used in the construction of the Vostochny cosmodrome.
In 2023, the 31 Block company acquired the ARK-004 cutting complex of a new modification and an additional fleet of molds. Currently, the company is the largest player in the production and supply of polystyrene concrete and foam concrete in its region.
