NFP-1236

 

NFP 1236 line for making concrete blocks is characterized with high performance properties and capacity. On the ground of NHP-736 new model NFP 1236 was developed. It is more powerful and able to produce concrete blocks of different sizes. 

With new hydraulic system molding cycle is decreased but capacity is increased. One operator controls all production processes of separate units and of the whole line.
Automation system raises quality of molding cycle and capacity of work shift, and also provides archiving and reporting. Also it is possible to perform remote control through internet. 

NFP 1236 is fully automatic line controlled by PLC computer. Applying different types of man molds and matrixes, this machine can make construction materials of various shapes and any sizes (paving slabs, borders and building blocks). 
 
 
 
Structure:
  • Intake hopper, capacity 3x25m³ and 2x25m³;
  • Twin-shaft concrete mixer with PLC, capacity 1200 l;
  • Concrete mixer with PLC, capacity 600 l.;
  • Hydro station NFP-1236;
  • Automatic vibrocompression machine, controlled by PLC;
  • Automated device for ready products removal;
  • Bridge-type charging installations with 3 stations for material feeding.   
 
Advantages.
 
Distinction between NFP-1236 and analogues of vibrocompression equipment is that this line has automated device for ready products removal. Automatic loader in the end of the production line stacks pallets with ready products one on one. Then mini forklift delivers pallets to warehouse. Automated device for products removal takes ready products, and sends empty pallets back to the line
