Batching plants are operated via PLC automation software, which is developed by engineers. This automation system has proven its quality and reliability in various batching plants of many local and foreign enterprises. The whole plant 
operates automatic with the automation system. A mimic control panel indicates all units of the plant on a graphical diagram so 
using the control panel became easy and practical. The operator can switch to manual operation anytime.
 

Failure detection is also rapid and easy with the mimic control panel. Automation system also provides an archiving and reporting tool. Supervisors can access archived production data anytime; this data can also be printed out with a dot-matrix and/or inkjet printer  connected to the system. Remote access capabilities are optionally provided with the automation system. Supervisors can access to the  control system via any access point over LAN and/or internet. Any failure on the system can be diagnosed and firmware update can be  performed through remote access connection. Company batching plants operates in a perfect harmony with concrete block making machines. Batching plants are able to feed concrete making machines continuously and automatically. This automated process creates an uninterrupted manufacturing circle.

The interior abrasion layers of concrete mixers are designedas a modular structure. A specially hardened material is used for this abrasion layers to cope with wear and tear. Manganese casted material is used for the mixer shoes to achieve an uninterrupted and failure-free operation.
