EPS Volumetric batcher

  
Batcher is a hopper of galvanized steel equipped with volume sensitive detector and air-operated gate. Foamed polystyrene is fed into the hopper by pneumatic transport fan through throat on the upper lid. When the hopper is full with necessary amount of granules, feed automatically stops. Hopper is unloaded through the gate which opens and closes with air drive.
