Granules dryer

 

Granules dryer is meant for dryer and aeration of expanded granules before sending them to ageing hopper. Machine consists of body, electric calorific installation for air heating and low pressure radial fan for granules transportation to the ageing hopper. Body has two butterfly gates to adjust air flow.

1. SFOC 16 electric calorific installation;

2. Body;

3. Reducer;

4. Radial fan;

5. Outlet nozzle.

 

Heated air is continuously fed into the chamber. Expanded granules enter inside through charging chute, where they are affected by air flow. As a result internal pressure is leveled off and external walls hardening. Expanded granules must be in continuous motion towards intake fan.
