Ageing hoppers are made as metal frame with bag of ventile fabric. Ageing hoppers are meant for drying EPS granules and leveling-off their inner pressure after foaming, and also for granules; intermediate storage. Pneumatic transport connect ageing hoppers.

 

Required quantity of ageing hoppers and their volume depend on line output. Dimensions and volume of hoppers can differ. To control granules level it is possible to install sensors.
