Compressor

We offer you Aircast C-100LB40, C-200LB40 piston-type compressors. AirCast are compressors with belt drive and cast iron head of French company LACME. Usages of cast iron part allow increasing lifetime and performance coefficient, and extend continuous work time.

The compressor has the following control and protection instruments:

pressure gauge for pressure control;
pressure relay to control performance due periodical start-up and stop.

Compressor consists of:

piston barrel,
receiver,
platform with wheels,
E-motor,
safety valve,
check valve,
pressure control valve,
pressure gauge.

Compressor is necessary for foam generator operation. Also it creates overpressure in RSG mixers unloading mixture into molds.
