Kazakhstan. SemeyCement - Polystyrene concrete plant

In December 2022, at the facilities of PK Cement Plant Semey LLP (Semey, Kazakhstan), our Company put into operation a production line for EPS concrete blocks, panels and slabs, the total throughput of which is 150 cu.m per shift.

The line is made up of the cutting-edge equipment which ensures the full production cycle: EPS expansion, preparation of EPS concrete mixture, moulding or cutting EPS concrete block into bricks of specified dimensions. It should be noted that before contacting our Company, SemeyCement had had an experience of manufacturing EPS concrete with the help of other manufacturer’s equipment, but the quality of product and poor performance of the equipment left much to be desired. SemeyCement Plant utilizes EPS concrete products for their own civil construction needs in Kazakhstan so they pay so much attention to the quality and standard compliance of the materials manufactured.
