Russia, Tver. Aerated Concrete Factory

 

Tver Housebuilding Integrated Company is the largest panel housebuilding enterprise in the Tver Region. The Company has built over 6 million sq. m of residential estate, community and industrial facilities all over the Tver Region and beyond.

 

 

The integrated company has well-developed production facilities and manufactures housebuilding panels. But they used third party aerated concrete blocks to make room and flat dividers. In order to vertically integrate the production cycle, the Company management decided to start their own production of aerated concrete blocks. It is to be mentioned that the Company considered offers of many equipment manufacturers and visited a number of running production facilities to see the equipment in operation and hear users’ opinion. Eventually, they chose our company and signed a supply contract.

 

Two months later, an automated line for aerated concrete block production (throughput of 100 sq. m per day) was shipped to Tver Housebuilding Integrated Company. At the end of November 2021, our company specialists carried out the complex of start-up and commissioning works, as well as operation adjustment works. Aerated concrete composition for medium density grades D400, D500 and D600 with complex additive POS-15 was perfected.


After putting the production line into operation, the housebuilding integrated company management envisaged doubling production capacities to satisfy the growing demand for high-quality aerated concrete blocks of their own production.
