Equipment for manufacturing of foamed concrete

 In December 2014, the owner of IZOCRETE LTD (Sulaymaniyah, Iraq) reached out to us. IZOCRETE manufactures EPS concrete and is engaged in industrial and residential construction. The technologies and equipment used at that moment by IZOCRETE did not allow the company to manufacture products of the desired quality in the desired volumes. IZOCRETE management decided to buy ARK-004 cutting machine and some moulds. 

 
The equipment was promptly shipped and in early 2015 IZOCRETE was able to start manufacturing a wide range of EPS concrete products, including wall blocks and panels of various dimensions. As the products are in compliance with the worldclass standards, which has enabled IZOCRETE to greatly increase a number of their clients in Middle East and carry out new construction projects.
 
A year later, in April 2016, IZOCRETE decided to buy two automated lines for manufacturing EPS concrete products with the throughput of 40 cu.m per shift each. At the moment, the Iraqi company operates successfully and is a leader in manufacturing EPS concrete blocks and panels in their region, their products are used for construction and insulation of buildings and premises.
